Vehicle stopped or stuck at G-Loop

- Check that the G Loop is assembled correctly (Please find below link) http://venus.01link.net/%7Eartinco/AG_Argos/public_html/2007_AG_Argos/2-0-1a.htm

- Check that the Loop is in a circular shape. (In order to make the Loop more circular, you can place a small piece of thick card board in the following position)

- Check that the pins on the vehicles are intact (i.e. the edge of the pins pointing forward)

The center pin/guide gets broken and can not be used
Please go into contact with our staff by clicking "Contact Us" and leave us an email with you problem and address. We will get back to you by mail the solution or replacements.

Vehicle falls off the track when in upside down position

- Check that the layout is assembled as per the instructions

- Take special note that the high lighted area is using our interlocking tracks.

- Check that the pins on the vehicles are intact (i.e. the edge of the pins pointing forward)

- Check that the magnet on the vehicles are intact (i.e. the magnet is positioning before the rear pin)

Can not remove the vehicle from interlocking track

- The AG track has a narrower groove than the main track, this locks the car in place so that the car can travel upside down. - If the car has stopped in the AG section, DO NOT pull the car from the track as this will damage the pins. Remove the car by sliding the car along the track to a non AG section with a wider groove and then remove the car from the track.

- Push the vehicle along the track manually until it reaches a release track to remove the vehicle from the set

- Disconnect the track and remove the vehicle

- Make sure the position of the supports are in the right place

- Adjust the position of the supports to make the angle of the track less steep (less twisted as the car comes out of the feature)

- Check that the pins on the vehicles are intact (i.e. the edge of the pins pointing forward)
