I set up a loop set, the first loop is fine however the second loop comes out with two male or two female ends. What is wrong?
Take the second loop apart and check because one of the single lane tracks is on backwards. Please correct and reassemble.
My cars run halfway down the track and then they stop.
A - Separate the track in the area immediately around where the cars stopped. Gently pry open the peg connecting the tracks together then reconnect. Then clean the tracks metal strip with a clean dry rag.
B - If this does not solve the problem contact the company to exchange the vehicles.
One side of the track is working and the other is not.
A - First switch controllers to see if the dead track begins to work. If changing controllers corrects the problem then the bad controller must be replaced. Contact the company for a replacement controller.
B - If switching the controller does not solve the problem then it probably is the intake track. Contact the company for a replacement intake track.
I have put the batteries in and neither car is moving
The problem probably is the battery box contact is pressed down preventing the batteries from making contact. Open the battery box, take out the batteries and gently push up the contacts on each side of the batteries so they make contact when the batteries are replaced. The next step is to pull the metal brushes under the car down so that they both touch the track when the cars are replace on the track.
I just purchased a great looking set with the loops in it. When I try to set it up, it doesn't fit. Did I get the wrong parts?
Each set is carefully inspected prior to leaving the factory. The loop sets come with male and female bases. You have the first loop set up backwards (although it looks ok). Take the first loop apart and check to see that the loop tracks go to the correct base. Revise as needed.
